Cooking Experience with the Duchess of Palma The proposal is to travel through the most authentic flavors of Sicily in a fantastic environment. The tour begins at the lively Cape Market that every morning receives the best quality products in the whole region. There you will select your ingredients from fruits, vegetables and fish fresh from the sea. The Duchess will be with you at all times advising you in your choice.

From there, let's get cooking! The setting will be the former residence of Prince Giuseppe Tomasi of Lampedusa; an imposing palace built in front of the sea in the 18th century. On its terrace you will find a real hanging garden of Mediterranean spices to continue collecting flavors. Once in the palace's kitchen, guided by the Duchess' experience, you will begin to prepare your own dishes of authentic Sicilian identity.
